Apply Canada Card Credit Id, way to get?
I wanted to travel to the US from Montreal on Amtrak and have
learned that I need a photo ID to purchase a ticket. I don't have any
photo ID... passport, license, or health card. Is there something else
I could use or anyway I can get a photo ID within 24 hours? Please
help, thanks.
-Ask at a liqour store.. I think you can get some sort of provincial ID
there..
-You're best form of photo ID would be a passport. You can probably get one in
about a week. One down side is the cost, but in terms of unequivocal ID,
there's not a whole lot more absolute than a passport that a government can
issue in terms of photo ID.
-I would say you are out of luck, you need ID to get more ID. All will take
weeks, except a passport which has a fast track that can take about a week.
But you don't seem to have the normal ID that a Canadian Citizen should
have. A Canadian Citizenship ID should work but too late to get that either.
24 hours is too short a time span
