Effectiveness of HGH and GHR15 supplements
I welcome anyone's comments regarding the effectiveness of these
"promising miracle" antiaging supplements, HGH and HGR. I have tried,
unsuccessfully, to research "unbiased" information on the Internet on
the effectiveness and side affects of GHR15 capsules and on the
standards of the various manufacturers of this product.
My significant other decided to buy three bottles (at some exorbitant
cost, though low-end as far as supplements are concerned) to try it
out. We have both been taking 4 capsules daily for about two weeks,
too early to see any benefits. When I first started on it, I was
hyper, experienced anxiety and slept fitfully. The FULL bladder didn't
help my cause either. :-) Subsequently, I tried to get product
information from the distributor that sold us the product since there
was no contact information given on the bottle, but she never got back
to us.
If anyone has been down this avenue and has wisdom to share, I would
rather not continue to purchase and consume a product that will do
little besides empty my wallet! On the other hand, my energy level is
low and in the last couple of years I have noticed a big change in my
body and body functions, so I welcome any supplement that can make a
percievable improvement as long as it is safe. I do, however, have
realistic expectations and do not expect a miracle. :)
If anyone has had a good experience with this product, I would also
like to know which manufacterers have the best standards.
Your advice is EXTREMELY appreciated!
If this has already been covered in a previous post, my apologies!!!
The effectiveness, safety and life-extension value of hGH
supplementation (and even the "real" stuff via syringe) seems far from
settled. There are specific "nightime" hGH supplements that may give
you less problems with sleeping. Otherwise, you should probably take
"energizing" supplements only early in the day, preferrably first
thing in the morning.
There are numerous supplements and drugs mentioned here and at
alt.drug.smart. that can address the specific symptoms of ageing. I
would highly recommend that you read the two "Smart Drugs (and
nutrients)" books to start off with.

The web also has many excerpts from the books, even though some of the
info is now dated.
