Recommendations of Anti-Aging Experts
Take a good formula, which preferably contains all 3 fatty acids (Omega 3- 6-9)
together as they are found to work best in conjunction with each other.
Flaxseed oil and borage oil are the two best sources. Flaxseed oil may be taken
separately as 1 Tablespoon of liquid daily, or 1 to 5-1000 mg capsules daily,
especially in anyone who has cancer.

No deficiency? Experts still recommend supplementation to: Increase energy and
stamina; Decrease blood pressure; Decrease cholesterol; Increase resistance to
allergies, infections and illness.
Human Growth Hormone (HGH): Anti-Aging Agent
HGH is one of many endocrine hormones like estrogen, progesterone,
testosterone, melatonin and DHEA, that all decline in production with age.
While many of these hormones can be replaced to deter some of the effects of
aging, HGH reaches far beyond the scope of any of these hormones. Not only does
it prevent biological aging, but it acts to significantly reverse a broad range
of the signs and symptoms associated with the aging process.

Ample from our youth, production of HGH falls 80% from age 21 to 61. Daily
growth hormone secretion diminishes with age to the extent that a 60 year old
may secrete only 25% of the HGH secreted by a 20 year old.

Symptoms of HGH deficiency include loss of muscle and increase of fat,
decreased physical mobility, socialization and energy level, diminished healing
ability, wrinkled or sagging skin, decreased sexual funtion, decreased vision,
and poor memory. In other words, the symptoms of the disease called aging.
HGH Therapy & Physical Appearance of the Aging Adult
Thierry Hertoghe, MD of the Academie de Medicine Generale de Belgique,
published research on growth hormone therapy and the physical appearance of
aging adults. In 48 adults in his study, the following physical signs in order
of frequency were reported by the patients to be improved after two months of
GH therapy:
• Sagging cheeks: Get denser 75.5%
• Wrinkled face: Less wrinkled 71%
• Pouches under the eyes: Less visible 65.8%
• Loose skin folds under the chin: Tighten 62.5%
• Sagging body silhouette: Straightens up 62.5%
• Dropping triceps: Tightens 60.7%
• Bagging inner side of triceps: Tightens 60.7%
• Floppy belly: Flattens 48%
• Less muscled shoulders: Muscles back 42.3%
• Less muscled buttocks: Muscles back 42.3%
• Meager, wrinkled hands: Muscles back 41.6%
• Fatty cushions above knees: Decrease 41.2%
• Thinned skin: Thickens 34.5%
• Obesity: Decreases 33.3%
• Thin hair: Thickens 28.1%
• Thin lips: Thickens 25%
• Gingival retraction: Less important 20%
• Thinned jawbones: Thickens 9.5%
HGH Therapy & Psychological Well-Being of the Aging Adult
Dr. Daniel Rudman published his clinical findings on the effects of anti-aging
and HGH in the New England Journal of Medicine . The results were startling to
say the least.
The initial observed results: Six months of injections reversed the aging
process for 10 to 20 years in the patients who received HGH. In the controlled
group that didn’t receive HGH, the normal aging process continued.

Since Dr. Rudman’s initial findings, thousands of additional studies have
supported the fact that HGH can and does not only retard aging, but also
reverses the process as well by:
Restoring muscle mass
Decreasing body fats
Thickening skin
Reducing Wrinkles
Restoring lost hair
Restoring hair color
Increasing sexual function
Increasing energy
Improving cholesterol profile
Improving vision
Improving memory
Improve sleep
Elevating mood
Normalize blood sugar
Increasing cardio function
Improving immune function
Restoring size of liver, pancreas, heart and other organs that shrink with age

A New Kind of Medicine is Rapidly Emerging: Anti-Aging Medicine

Dear Viewers/Readers,
I am so happy to bring you this latest information from the 6th International
Conference on Anti-Aging Medicine. In additon to the interviews we taped with
some of the leading anti-aging physicians, I have compiled some of the best
information from the meeting itself.

Millions who are striving for youth and longevity are seeking information on
Anti-Aging Therapeutics. One in three adults under 50 is now shopping for
Anti-Aging products which include better medicine, proper nutrition, vitamin
and mineral supplements and Anti-Aging Hormones.

Anti-Aging Therapy is already helping individuals live longer, better lives.
Many new hormonal and nutritional therapies keep arteries unclogged, blood
healthly and without clots, blood pressure normal, aging bones from breaking,
and eyesight and hearing at their peak. My goal is that you shall all have a
long life and better health naturally!

Why Are Hormones Important to Anti-Aging?
In simple terms, hormones are activators of many bodily functions. Hormones
function as biological pacemakers, orchestrating the body’s many functions in
a delicate and balanced manner. Hormonal messages sent through the bloodstream
activate or deactivate many biological processes including sleep and
wakefulness. When all systems function properly within our 24-hour cycles we
are at our best.

Hormones are chemical compounds formed by the glands and carried in the blood
to other organs and glands. When these hormones reach their target, they
stimulate that body part to function more vigorously.

When hormones are balanced, the body is able to do miraculous things:
regenerate new tissue, create an abundance of energy, and defeat itself against
disease causing microbes.

Leaders in Anti-Aging Medicine have concluded that a deficit in the body’s
production of hormones is the most probable cause of the growing incidence of
premature aging in the general population.

The primary goal of natural hormone enhancement is peak physical and mental
performance. Long-term consumption of synthetic hormones leads to the
degradation of all natural systems and reduces the body’s ability to maintain
balance and order—by naturally producing its own hormones.

With lowered production of testosterone, estrogen and DHEA, we get fatter and
flabbier; lose our energy and sex drive; and lose our youthful resilience to
disease. A vicious cycle ensues. Abnormal hormonal responses also weaken our
digestive capacity. Our liver, pancreas, gall bladder, stomach, and intestines
decrease in function and we are less able to absorb the nutrients our body
needs to restore our hormones to youthful levels. An overriding message at the
conference was that hormone balance is vital.
The Longevity Life-style
A nine-year study completed at Stanford University found that most people who
live past age 100 have several things in common. They sleep seven to eight
hours a night, always eat breakfast, avoid smoking, and exercise regularly.
Also
they consume little or no alcohol. Moderate drinking—no more than two drinks
per day with meals—helps prevent heart disease in older people. But if
you’re younger than 45, the risk of alcohol-induced liver trouble or other
illness outweighs the benefits to the heart. Anyone who has a history of liver
damage should avoid alcohol.
Avoid excessive weight gain or loss. Men should weigh no more than 20% over
their ideal weight, women no more than 10% over their ideal weight.
Eat sugary snacks infrequently, if at all. Sugary snacks cause blood sugar
levels to fluctuate, and can contribute to blood sugar abnormalities.
Natural Progesterone Protects Against Breast Cancer
Latest News From Anti-Aging Experts

The protective action of natural progesterone on breast cells was demonstrated
in an important study in 1995 by Dr. K.J. Chang. Results indicated that
unopposed, estrogen increased cell proliferation by 230% whereas progesterone
decreased it by more than 400%! Application of an estrogen/progesterone
combination cream maintained the normal proliferation rate.

Why is this significant? Excessive cell proliferation (hyperplasia) is a
recognized signpost of potential cancer development. Most researchers and
naturopathic doctors understand completely that estrogen, especially in the
form of synthetics such as Premarin, is a promoter of breast cancer and that
progesterone balances or opposes the undesirable side effects of estrogen. Many
studies offer solid evidence that progesterone has an important role in
preventing and treating breast cancer.
