Skincare experts: Pola/Differin question

I checked Deja.com on this and didn't really come up with any definitive
answer, so...
Ever since I started law school, my skin has been less than wonderful.
As I just turned 25, I decided to embark on a "grown-up" skincare
regimen: Pola Salus II, which I really like so far, and a visit to the
dermatologist for acne medication (my skin is 10x worse than it ever was in
puberty--I had great skin then, actually!)
Anyway, here is the question:
For those of you who use both the Pola Salus II system and Differin (or I
guess any moisturizer and Differin), will it interfere with the Differin
application to apply a thin coat of the Moisture Milk after waiting a few
minutes for the Differin to absorb? I have just started using Differin at
night, but would like to continue using the Moisture Milk at night as well
to ward off any flakiness/dryness that I might encounter. However, I am
concerned that the moisturizer might block the effects of the Differin.
Help! I didn't think to ask the derm about nighttime moisturizer; I am
using Cleocin pledgets in the morning and I did ask her whether my
moisturizer and sunblock would interfere if applied over that (she said no,
which I figured). I will try to call her too, of course, but would
appreciate advice from the experts here on alt.fashion.
-I've been using Differin for a few years and have always used a moisturizer
over it. Since I use Differin only at night I need the extra moisture.

On another note, the kind of acne I have, Differin has not helped. I'm just
using it as part of my anti-wrinkle skin care.

-my regimen might be a bit more complicated, but my skin has cleared up
significantly:
1. pola salusII cleanser
2. pola salus II toner
3. alpha hydrox 8% lotion (the alpha hydroxy acids help absorption of
differin)
4. differin
5. pat on pola salus moisture milk on drier
