Any good 'all-in-1' ALA+ALC+RNA anti-aging formula?
On the back of this group I'll probably just take ALA+ALC+RNA. Can anyone
recommend a good quality 'all-in-one' product that contains these 3
anti-aging supplements in one bottle? LEF don't do one.
The nearest I can find is http://tinyurl.com/e2bq but it has no RNA.
-Ames' studies have most recently shown the benefits of R(+) lipoic
acid, which is more expensive and must be stored cold, in contrast to
the cheaper and more widely available racemic mix type lipoic acid.
Even the company with which Ames is associated sells the racemic
lipoic acid combined with ALC. Unfortunately, it's probably more
economical to obtain ALA, either the R(+) enantiomer or the racemate,
ALC, and RNA individually.
