Have acne Iam 60 what can i use on an older skin i have scarring and
little red veins .Help
-At your age, there's no reason to put up with acne any more.
As you're in the UK, ask your GP for a referral see a dermatologist,
privately, and ask the derm about low-dose Roaccutane treatment ( adding '
as used by Professor WJ Cunliffe at Leeds General ' ....)
(Assuming the diagnosis is mature adult acne, and not an acneform
manifestation of some other skin condition. )
-The little red veins are from rosacea. You should really see a
dermatologist. There are medications for this.
-I just ordered an Alpha Hydrox kit. Even though it's primarily an
anti-aging kit, one of the bonus items was for blemishes. I don't know if
they ship to the UK but you can give it a shot.
