vitamins, Ivarest, and acne

I am 40 years old, and up until 2 years ago and a fairly decent complexion.
After numerous over-the-counter products and home remedies, and no success, I
went to my physician who prescribed retin-a micro and tetracyclin - also a lost
battle. Then I read a message on the acne internet of a woman who used
vitamins - vitamins A and E, selinium, B-complex, zinc, calcium, and a
multivitamin. After only a week, a healthy remarkable improvement. After
using acne skin creams and getting no where, I used Ivarest poison ivy cream on
an ugly breakout. Two days later, no sign of acne and no red marks. I am
highly encouraged by these two solutions and would suggest anyone giving them a
try.
-Glad to see you're doing well after consumed all of the above vitamin. I myself
couldn't handle vitamin-E, B-complex and Multivitamin. From what I gathered, all
these supplement shouldn't be taken by acne patient for simple reasons: vita-E,
causing excessive oil production, B-complex contained Niacin which can cause skin
to flush, its also contained allergen like- wheat product and Multivita contained
Iodine which can aggravate the acne.

- the Ivarest has calamine and hydrocholride in it, so I guess drying
agent is the key - poison ivy is hard to get rid of, so ingredients are fairly
potent. I also use vitamins A & E, zinc, selinium and B-complex for internal
ridding of acne.
