skin care for adult acne
I have really bad problems with breakouts, and I'm nearly
30. I can't treat it with your normal, run of the mill
"teen" medications or products, because they are very
harsh. My skin is combination leaning towards oily but only
in the t-zone.
I have gotten great advice on alt.gothic.fashion that the
Tea Tree Oil line of products from the Body Shop is a great
way to go.
Any other suggestions for me? I'd be willing to go to the
higher end lines and pay more to save my face.
- I'm 42 but still had breakouts - until I stopped using acne/oily skin
products and started using products for sensitive skin. Right now I'm
using Basis bar soap for sensitive skin and my skin is looking better
than it has in years.
-I use Sage Skin Care acne regimen (Miracle Zit, corrective grains, facial
shampoo, SPF 25), and my skin has never looked better. Department store
SAs have talked me out of buying acne treatments because they don't think
I need them. Sage is that good, and they finally got a nicer website and
packaging.
-My 25 yr. old daughter, also named Rachel had problems and had been going to
the Dermatologist since age 12. Not cystic acne but troublesome nonetheless.
Nothing seemed to work and then I heard about Sage on AF. She completed the
questionnaire and brought a trial kit and has had clear skin ever since.
People comment on her nice complexion and when she recently went to a new
Physician, she told the DR. about her previous problems the DR. could hardly
believe it from looking at her. Nice Stuff and worth a try especially since
you can get it in trial packs
