heat related acne ?
I have recently commenced work in a warehouse that on any given day is
around the 25-35degrees centigrade mark. sweat is obviously a factor. since
starting work i have begun to develop a nasty rash around my shirt collar
region, that looks very much like severe acne. its not itchy or anything
like that, more just an ugly batch of acne which i do not want.
are there any theories, besides blackmailing the boss to get air
conditioning, that you can suggest to help out ?
It might just be from rubbing, and/or bacteria [though we hate to talk about
them!] eating your juices. which is creepy.
which kind of shirts are these? t-shirts? high-collars?
try wearing a v-necks or something for a week and monitor improvement.
until then, calomine lotion or something else soothing
